Time to try “Mermaid Manor”, a impressive beach home in Ocean Sands Section A, this gorgeous accommodation is handsome. Wait until you see the vistas over the open land to the ocean from the back and side decks. Panoramic beauty, striking sunrises, and plenty of fun await at this fantastic property!

Stunning décor includes quartz countertops, bespoke cabinets, and ceramic tile planking in gathering and high traffic areas, with luxury vinyl tile planking in the bedrooms. Tasteful furnishings have been selected with a casual coastal ambiance. Hundreds of square feet of decking give everybody room to spread out, read a book or appreciate the view. You may have trouble getting the kids away from the home with all the fun in store here. Choose from the pool table, intelligent TVs for gaming and streaming, the ping pong table under the deck, and corn hole set up by the grilling station.

Don't forget the pool! The Extensive pool deck gives ample space for sunbathing and watching the kids play volleyball or basketball in the pool, or soak in the 8-person hot tub under the stars. Don't worry about spring or fall! There is pool heat available for an additional fee so you can savor as much outdoor space as you want!

The beach access is only three homes to the end of the cul-de-sac. This neighborhood is known for great beaches. With bigger tons and fewer homes it is not as busy as some other areas of the beach.

All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To get the best value, consider shifting your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer warm weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses.   • Double-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed everything on check-out day. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
