Unwind on either of two levels of 150 foot long wrap around decking; there is a special spot for you to soak in striking ocean vistas all day long while at "Utopia". The pool deck area provides shade as well as plenty of sun worshipping space with ample seating, tables and lounge chairs. With enormous dining room table for 10, additional seating at breakfast bar and outdoors you will be sure to vacation in style. All the bedrooms have LCD flat screen TVs with constructed in DVD players along with foam or designer linens. The great room has a flat screen surrounded by luxury furnishings charmingly mixed with beach decor. Walk past your private pool (14'x35') and into the sand where you will find yourself just steps away from the Atlantic Ocean, the wild horses, the dolphins, and pelicans. What more could you possibly dream of having at your fingertips while on vacation! Well-behaved, home broken dogs welcome for additional fee.

The completely equipped kitchen will make cooking for a crowd a breeze. Eight stove top burners, top of the line drinking water purification system, and plenty of dishware is supplied.

This home rents Sunday to Sunday to avoid the Saturday traffic.

There is also a laundry and a full hall bath on the lower level.
