Only three tons from the sunny shores in Corolla, this coastal hideaway will greet you and yours with open arms. Venture to the sandy shores throughout the day, or appreciate famed attractions like the Corolla Lighthouse, the Whalehead Club, Currituck Maritime Museum, and the Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education. Casual and formal dining, supermarkets, a cafe, and a gas station are only a couple of miles away accepting you to savor your trip with ease.

After a day at the beach, enjoy the private pool in the private backyard to soak up some vitamin D right outside (a private outdoor shower accepts you to rinse off your sandy adventures). Two furnished decks will be more than ready for everybody to gather for al fresco meals or simply sip beverages in the salty air. When you really want to slip into relaxation mode, the private hot tub will be just the place to reminisce with adored ones as the stars come out. With three cavernous floors, five bedrooms, and four and a half baths, there is plenty of room for the family to spread out. The lower level is home to a bunk room that the kiddos will appreciate and a fun reading room with a comfortable futon. Head up to the second floor and three more bedrooms await including two that offer private access to the lower deck! When you really want to entertain and gather with appreciated ones, the upper-level great room, full kitchen, and access to the upper deck are ready for any occasion. Plus, the vistas of the water are definitely enchanting when the sky changes color at sunset. The primary suite also calls this level home boasting a TV, deck access, and an attached bath! If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to family pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 5 cars.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Ocean Sands, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. How to get the best rental value:

  • Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer time is high season in the Currituck area. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Currituck trip dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer pleasant weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Booking websites often offer their guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for more information.
