The top floor features a roomy living room with gas fireplace and a home theater system and designated dining area and kitchen with center island. Totally equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with dual icemakers and granite countertops is ideal for family cooking and gatherings. The master suite with full bathroom, dual vanities, full bespoke tile shower and walk-in closet is conveniently located on the top floor next to the elevator. Three bedrooms are master suites with private bathrooms. All baths have tile floors.
Quick access to the ocean is available via public beach accesses. Ocean Sands "O" subdivision amenities include a community pool and a tennis court.
There is so much to see and appreciate while you are visiting the Outer Banks from Corolla to Ocracoke, so take time and savor all that the OBX has to offer.
Animals allowed - dogs only (2 max.). No smoking/vaping. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.
