2025 Upgrades will include a completely refurbished kids room with new beds and linens that will comfortably sleep 4. 2024 Upgrades included all new decks and railings replaced with Trex coated decking (so no more wood splinters from any deck surfaces). The yard has been landscaped on the east side to eliminate a huge olive tree and replaced with alluring plantings.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Gas fireplace is not available for guest use.
