The enlarged family room has a sectional couch, flat-screen intelligent TV/Blu-Ray, shuffleboard, video arcade and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. There is also a half bathroom and the laundry area.

Mid Level: Full oceanside deck with 2 King Master Bedrooms each with deck access and ensuite bathrooms. Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom.

Top Level: Includes a roomy great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray, Echo, gas fireplace and deck access with handsome ocean vistas through an open cable rail system. SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until 4:00 pm check in time. We have stationed a housekeeping professional in Sparkle Club homes from 10 am to 4 pm on each change over day. The housekeeping team will continue their work until 4 pm to provide your family with additional cleaning for a special vacation! Prior to leaving at 4 pm the housekeeper will walk through the home with you to ensure your satisfaction.
Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to drive future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your experience find their best vacation rental.
