Welcome to the newly remodeled Sunny Delite. Spectacular sunrises and ocean vistas are yours for the taking from the upper decks and even sunsets from the rooftop deck! Unwind and relax in the sun on the oceanside pool area with a covered (rainproof) area or the multiple upper level decks.

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated pool area with a Heated Private Pool (25 x 15), outdoor shower, granite buffet tables, Hot Tub (7 x 7) and plenty of lounge chairs. Inside you'll find a freshly modernized Master Bedroom with DuoBunk, Trundle intelligent TV and ensuite bathroom. The enlarged family room has a sectional couch, flat-screen intelligent TV/Blu-Ray, shuffleboard, video arcade and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. There is also a half bathroom and the laundry area.

Mid Level: Full oceanside deck with 2 King Master Bedrooms each with deck access and ensuite bathrooms. Queen Master Bedroom with deck access and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom with 2 Singles and a full hall bathroom.

Top Level: Includes a cavernous great room with flat-screen TV/Blu-Ray, Echo, gas fireplace and deck access with charming ocean vistas through an open cable rail system. Grand well-appointed, refreshed kitchen with a gas stove and all new appliances (2024). There is a breakfast bar seating 4, wet bar with seating for 2, dining area with seating for 8, additional game table seating 4 and a half bath. The King Master Bedroom Suite has deck access and an ensuite bathroom with a 2-person Jacuzzi bath and shower. Striking sunrise and sunset vistas from the roof top ships' watch.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

SPARKLE CLUB: Guests will be able to arrive at their vacation home at 12:00 pm with access to the first level of the home and the pool area only (be advised the pool and spa may not be cleaned by noon, if the home offers a private pool). Please do not attempt to go to any other level in your vacation home until the housekeeping team has finished their work OR 4:00 pm check in time.
