This home features 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bath, a freshly remodeled/completely equipped kitchen, cavernous great room, dining area, enormous screened porch, upper and lower decks with plenty of seating, handsome private pool, 6 person hot tub, covered car port with plenty of space for parking or outdoor games and a washer/dryer for guest convenience.

We are located in a great neighborhood on a Cul de Sac, with only an approximate 3 min. (4 Block) walk to the pristine beaches that Corolla is well known for. No major roads to cross getting to the beach. There are phenomenal bicycle paths throughout the community which connect Duck and Corolla. Bring your own bicycle or rent them locally!

We are less than 1 mile to paddle boat & jet ski units, kayak tours, adventure golf, wild horse adventure tours, grocery stores, shopping, eateries, recreation activities and much more. Less than a mile away is where you will find the Timbuck II shopping center with over 60 appealing stores.

The top level of this home features a roomy great room with vaulted ceilings and ceiling fans. Flat screen TV, DVDs, books, and plenty of great puzzles and games. Well equipped kitchen with counter seating for 3, dining area seating for 6 and access to top level deck. This level also features a King master bedroom with adjoining full size bath and access to the upper level deck.

The second level has 3 bedrooms, one bath and access to a sizable covered decks and screened in porch. All bedrooms have TV's.

Exterior amenities include a gorgeous relaxing private pool, hot tub for six, two enclosed outdoor showers and a huge charcoal grille.

Linens and towels are not supplied. Linen and towel delivery services are available throughout the area. Contact owner for information if interested.

The Currituck Lighthouse, Currituck Club golf course, Corolla Adventure Park, Whalehead Club, Wildlife Heritage Museum, and Wild Horse Museum are all less than 5 miles.
