Appreciate the newest community in Corolla Light - Beacon Villas! These modren duplexes are on the ocean side of Route 12 with simple access to the wide Corolla beaches. Each home is professionally decorated and offers a traditional floor plan including a total of three master bedrooms. The lower level offers a pyramid bunk room and features a game room with full wet bar as well as a screened porch and covered parking. On the main level are two master bedrooms, and the great room opens onto a corner sun deck and a comfortable covered porch. A staircase takes you to the fourth bedroom that is also a master.

Guests of Beacon Villas have access to all the amenities of Corolla Light, including the oceanfront pool complex, walking trails, indoor sports center, soundside pool and many more. The community is conveniently located to the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, Whalehead, Heritage Park and the village of Corolla, as well as the Corolla Light Town Center.
