The backyard getaway is extraordinary, offering a huge private pool for lazy sunny days or a hot tub for calming evenings! Fenced-in natural vegetation backyard, offering a Pool 16 x 32 and a Hot Tub! There are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing by the pool.

Level 3: Besides the pretty ocean vistas, the top level also features a great room with slider doors to the ocean-side deck! Appreciate morning sunrises and ocean breezes while having breakfast! The kitchen and dining area are also on the top level as well as a king bedroom and full bathroom. The sunroom is being converted into a game room with a pool table and is ideal for family fun nights of games or a peaceful afternoon with a great novel!

Level 2: The mid-level is where you will find a king bedroom, a bedroom with 2 singles, a bedroom with a pyramid bunk and a regular bunk, and 2 full bathrooms.

The laundry room is located at the entry level of the home.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hot spot or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking a rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some property managers offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance.
