The conveniently placed kitchenette area with a 3rd full size refrigerator, sink and microwave is only steps away from the outside getaway. Walk directly out to the covered cabana, hot tub/pool, and walkway to the ocean. A half bathroom is located off of the sitting area. The lower-level bedroom configuration is designed to offer ultimate flexibility for all enormous gatherings. There are 4 bedrooms on this level with 3 full bathrooms. Top Level: The top-level great room features a roomy living room with 2 large sectional couches and an 85' TV. Sizable dining table with seating for 14, bar top seating for 6, and seating for 4 at another table. Deck access off great room with additional seating overlooking the ocean. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Beach Storage Box at the beach: (Mid may to Mid September) You'll find a beach storage box on the beach to the right of the beach access to store your beach items all week long! More information on the exact location and code lock will be in the property. Only need to bring down your chairs and beach items one time and no more lugging them back each day.
