Welcome to our home, constructed with two of nearly everything. It makes hosting sizable groups a breeze – Huge open kitchen with 2 stoves, fridges and dishwashers, 2 living rooms, 1 game room and 1 media/theatre area. The ideal place for family/friend get-togethers, Golfers, or even corporate groups.
We are entering our eighth year of hosting guests at Corolla Heaven. We are so thankful for all the people who have stayed in Corolla Paradise over the years. Our goal has always been to help our guests have the ideal vacation. We have learned a lot throughout that time about doing just that. There are, of course, many different types of vacations. But if you are looking for a place to reunite with family and/or friends we believe this is the ideal spot.
Here are some highlights of what people have adored over the years (Based on conversations with and reviews from our guests):
• The Kitchen/Great Room- OPEN FLOORING PLAN KITCHEN- The "everybody gathers in the kitchen" problem is solved!
You host a event. Your family and friends come over, and where do they go? That's right! The kitchen...and there never seems to be enough room! Well, we solved that problem for you while you are on vacation!
Cooking and cleanup crews are surrounded by family and friends while they work. The humongous center island seats 9 people who can appreciate a drink while visiting with the people in the kitchen. Many people adore to Cook on these kinds of vacations. We set it up, so the Cooks are at the Center of all Conversation. (And there can be multiple Cooks at the same time).
• It is VERY private. Surrounded by trees. Other than your walk to the beach you could spend the week without laying eyes on anyone but your family/friends. Very few homes in the Outer Banks have this level of privacy.
• Most importantly, we clean the home ourselves. We are using hospital grade cleaning products, and we are thorough! The health and well-being of you and your family are the most important thing of all and being able to safely decompress while visiting with family and friends is part of that.
• 10 Bedrooms/ 10 Bathrooms, Each Bedroom has a Full Bathroom attached to it. There are 8 Jetted Tubs. It is really the best of two worlds. You can have the privacy that a hotel room provides, but at the same time have the fun, camaraderie, and economic advantages that traveling with a enormous group can bring.
• Very LARGE Private 16 X 40 Heated Pool and Hot Tub.
• 3 Minute QUIET walk to the beach. “Quiet” is emphasized because most homes in the OBX that are not directly on the beach have at least one busy road to cross. Our walk is a neighborhood walk. “Safe” is another word that comes to mind here.
• The Beach- The BEACH is amazing- Striking sand, Great waves. Corolla Beaches are the widest beaches in the OBX. We have a full-time lifeguard on duty all Summer. The Lifeguard Stand is right there as you cross over the Dune. From the end of Corolla Paradise’s driveway to the walkway over the dune is a 3-min. walk through the gorgeous and peaceful neighborhood. This area has no public parking, so you can savor the uncrowded Beach!
• Our neighborhood has its own Tennis Court.
• The Currituck Club Golf Course is a 4-min. drive. The Currituck Club is ranked in the top 10 in North Carolina Golf Courses.
