This gorgeously furnished 10 bedroom 6000 square foot oceanside home welcomes you from the moment you step in the door with its ocean vistas, modren amenities, beautiful furnishings and just over a 1 block walk to the beach. A cavernous pool, poolside hot tub, gas grille, charcoal grille and a tiki bar complete with kitchen and outdoor bathroom will ensure great pool days.

A humongous rec room with tournament size billiards table, ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey table, poker table and closet full of sports equipment. You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your e-mail. You will not be able to check in until we have received your signature electronically.
Fireplaces are available from November 1st through April 1st.
Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates.

Parking notes: There is complimentary parking available for 8 cars.
