The private pool, surrounded by a tall fence, offers a secluded spot for a swim after coming back from the beach, which is only a 5-min. walk away. An outdoor shower is also available to keep the sand outside where it belongs.

Located in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla, you'll have access to tennis and pickleball courts. Shopping, dining, and local attractions are all within a mile, making it simple to discover the area. All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a modest fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

Getting the best rental home value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Currituck area. To get the most suitable rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The earlier you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your rental home up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Property managers often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses.   • Re-check every room of the vacation property to make sure that you've packed all belongings at departure. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take photos of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave a review! Property managers rely on good reviews to inspire more reservations. They'll be grateful for your feedback. Alternatively, if something went awry, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your review find their best rental home. Please be objective.
