A reverse floor plan with soaring ceilings and a wall of east-facing windows in the great room takes full advantage of the expansive ocean and golf course vistas. Entertain family and friends in this open-concept space with plenty of comfortable seating and a cozy gas fireplace. It leads out to an broad sun deck for effortless indoor/outdoor living. Use the gas grille and outdoor dining set for al fresco meals with an ocean view. Back inside, enchanting wood floors flow from the living and dining areas into the kitchen. It overlooks the great room and includes an island with bar seating so guests can still socialize and savor the view while cooking. Two ovens and two dishwashers make cooking and cleaning up for bigger groups a breeze. The community's main clubhouse is less than half a mile from the home and features a exercise center, outdoor pool with Tiki bar, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard and volleyball. During the summer months, take a short walk to the trolley stop and use the complimentary shuttle service to get to the beach. Once you arrive, you'll be greeted by a valet who can assist you with carrying all of your gear (Memorial Day - Labor Day).

Bedroom 2 has a 32" wide doorway from the rec room and a private bath with a 32" doorway, roll-under sink, roll-in shower w/ seat and hand-held shower nozzle, and handrails for toilet and shower. Theater room on mid-level has double doors for access. Great room on top floor has 32" wide sliding door to deck with a 2" lip.
