This semi-oceanfront location is 75 feet from the beach boardwalk path, it's dog friendly, and offers both a private pool and hot tub for your family members to completely appreciate calming at home or spending time on the beach.
Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool with plenty of Polywood chairs. Inside you'll find a lounge area with kitchenette that includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave. Bedroom with DuoBunk and Single, Bedroom with a Bunk Set and Queen Bed and a hall bathroom with shower/tub combo. Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedroom Suites both with flat-screen TV, private bathrooms and oceanside deck access. Queen Bedroom with TV that shares a jack-n-jill bathroom with another Queen Bedroom with TV. The hot tub is on the oceanside deck. (TVs offer streaming options through the spectrum cable app or other devices)
Top Level: Airy great room with ocean vistas and a sizable flat-screen TV (traditional cable available). This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
