Remodeled, well-located and cared for, "Tidalist" has the Vistas, Style, Location, Comfort and Conveniences you want for your Beach Vacation. Tidalist sits high and back on it's 1/2 acre lot with a "reverse floorplan" giving you broad Ocean Vistas from a Wall of Windows in the Great Room's open Living Room, Dining Room Kitchen and Decks. Most Bedrooms also have Ocean Vistas and Deck Access.
An Elevator makes arrival, departure and all the activities in between so simple....no need to walk bags, equipment and groceries up or down two flights of stairs!
Tidalist underwent top to bottom renovations and remodeling when it was purchased. An enlarged kitchen with two fridges made the interior remodel complete! Your own private walkway to the beach with a dune deck for beach watching enhances the experience. You'll savor a Custom Swimming Pool with Constructed in Kiddie Pool, lights, shaded deck, steps and irrigated landscaping.
Inside Tidalist, you'll find high ceilings, big windows and natural light in the Great Room. Unrestricted far & wide Ocean Vistas are a memorable feature of this huge, open Upper Level Living Room, Dining and Kitchen. Six generously sized & furnished bedrooms await you. Five of the Bedrooms have Private Bathrooms; the Sixth bedroom has double bunk set and shares a bath with another bedroom. Four of the six bedrooms and the Game Room have doors to Ocean facing Decks.
The Upper Level has two King Master Bedrooms with deck access in addition to the Great Room's Living Room, Dining & Kitchen Area with Island. Covered Front and Rear Decks and a Powder Room near the Elevator complete this level.
You'll find the Foyer, four Bedrooms and a Game Room on the Mid Level. A King Bedroom (#3) with enormous Bath, two Queen Bedrooms (#4 & #5) with Private Baths. Bedroom 6 has Double Bunk Beds. The Laundry Area is in the hall by the Elevator on this level.
The Game Room has an 8' Billiards table with a separate top that can be placed on and converts it to a Ping Pong Table and barstool seating. The game room Deck has ocean view & overlooks the Pool. Attractive furnishings, paint, linens and decorative touches enhance each room.
The Mid Level hosts the Hot Tub under a Covered Porch accessible through the Game Room, the Pool deck & two bedrooms. You'll overlook the pool and have a connected Walkway to the Beach from the Mid Level Deck. Fifty steps bring you to a Dune deck and over the dune stairs leading to the Beach & Ocean shoreline.
The Ground Level has an Elevator Lobby for dry entry from the carport parking, Outdoor Shower, a Constructed in Stone Bar B Que, Gas Bar b Que grille, Pool & Pool Deck and Volleyball court on the side yard. A wide front staircase leads up to the Covered Porch and Front Door into the Mid Level Foyer. A basketball backboard & hoop are mounted on the side of the driveway. The front yard has irrigated grass.
Outside, you'll find a customized complimentary-form concrete Pool with constructed in Kiddie Pool and Steps, Seating Niches, Walk-Up Bar and a landscaped area with natural grass. The Pool was designed to flow and fit with the natural dunes that separate Tidalist from the Beach and is Surrounded with a 6' fence for Privacy & Safety.
Gated stairs from the Mid Level Deck and Ocean Walkway link the Pool to Tidalist, connecting the inside and the outdoors. Two other ground level Pool safety gates grant painless access to the Carport and Front yard.
For personal convenience, Tidalist provides high speed WIFI throughout, enhanced cable TV service with Premium Movie channels and flat screen TVs in each Bedroom. Books, DVDs, board games, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys are supplied. Cozy deck furnishings, an outdoor cooking area in addition to a well supplied Kitchen and and Outdoor Shower are at your service.
