Appreciate the handsome ocean breezes from the deck of this comfortable Oceanfront home located on a peaceful cul-de-sac, just a short walk from the community pool.

Ground Level: Outside amenities include a private lighted beach access, outside shower and a gas grille. Inside you'll find a sizable Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/VCR.

Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with TV/VCR and Jacuzzi tub, Queen Bedroom with TV, full hall bath, and a Queen Bedroom that shares a bathroom with a Bedroom with a Double Bed and TV/VCR. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with TV/VCR and wet bar, half bath, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 3, dining room seating 10 and a Queen Master Bedroom with TV, private balcony and Jacuzzi tub.

Extras: 6 TVs, 4 VCR, DVD player, wireless high-speed internet access, lighted beach access with dune top gazebo, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), gas grille, wet bar, public water, parking for 3 cars (no more than 3 cars will fit in the driveway), linens and towels supplied and Villages at Ocean Hill Community Conveniences. Beach Cabana Service: 4 chairs and 1 umbrella will be set up Monday- Friday at this homes private beach access. Look for your beach set up, weather permitting, from 10 am-5 pm, Monday through Friday, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Umbrellas and chairs may not be set up on extremely windy or rainy days.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can't be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

This program offers guests a variety of activities that include discounted golf access, wild horse tours, golf lessons and clinics, and shuttle service to the club from your rental home. Get the most from your vacation rental budget:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer months are the most expensive season in Corolla. Reserving a rental home in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
  • Look for your local Currituck area magazine upon checking in. If your rental home doesn't have one, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guides contain money saving offers on local attractions, tours, restaurants, and shops.

  • Specific details about bedrooms and bed types is often accessible on booking pages. If you don't see them listed, email the property manager before you book your rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds. You'll need to determine what configuration is right for your vacation family.
  • Some properties allow pets, and others do not. Acceptable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and added fees may apply. Ask the owner about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
  • Visiting for a specific event? Try a map search to find nearby rentals.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. Confirm all necessary amenities are included before booking.

Know before you go:

  • Get the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Protect the property owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • Document any damages to the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We especially recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that can be beneficial if damages are attributed to your stay.
  • Be respectful of your neighbors. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
