Located only steps away from the sand with direct beach access in a non-busy section of Ocean Sands, you will be able to savor incredible ocean vistas and impressive sunrises.

The top level of the home consists of a completely outfitted gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and two dishwashers. Feel the comfort of the open floor plan while you gaze out at the ocean from the sizable dining room windows. The upper deck area features marvelous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean which can also be seen from the huge, window-lined great room which features an upsized sectional and big screen HDTV cable TV. The broad dining table seats 12 with 3 additional seats at the handsome new kitchen breakfast bar. There are two roomy bedrooms and a full bathroom also located on the upper level which include comfortable furnishings. The main floor features a cavernous family room with a mounted 55-inch HDTV cable TV and access to the deck. The Master Bedroom on this level has a king-size bed overlooking the ocean, a ROKU TV, and a private bathroom. Catch the sunrise from bed or via the mid-level deck which is accessible directly from the bedroom. The gorgeous, luxe bathroom contains a enormous vanity with a granite countertop, plenty of storage space, and a jetted tub with a shower.
