A Harris Teeter shopping center is conveniently located right across the highway for all your grocery and supply needs. Swing next door to Urban Kitchen or Pizzazz Pizza for a bite to eat or Spend the day shopping by the close by TimBuck II Shopping Village with plenty of dining options for when you get hungry such as Mike Dianna's Grille Room, La Dolce Vita, North Banks Restaurant & Raw Bar, Big Buck's Homemade Ice Cream, Mama Easley's—just to name a few! Duck Donuts and Island Smoothie are great options for a sweet treat and for a unique bar experience, try Off the Wall Tap House.

Pool Heating Disclaimer:
The property’s saltwater pool is equipped with an electric heat pump, which is designed to raise the water temperature to roughly 10°F above the ambient outdoor air temperature. Please be advised that weather conditions in the Outer Banks (OBX) are inherently variable and may include cooler temperatures and/or precipitation, both of which can significantly impact the effectiveness and perceived warmth of the heated pool.
Once pool heat has been scheduled and the heater activated—typically 24 to 36 hours prior to check-in—no refunds, partial or full, shall be issued due to weather-related factors or perceived temperature discomfort.

Should you wish to cancel pool heat, notice must be included at least 48 hours prior to 4:00 PM on the scheduled check-in day in order to allow sufficient time to coordinate with our pool service provider.

**The property is equipped with outdoor security cameras facing only the driveway/front of the home. They capture video only (no sound) and are there for the protection of renters and the property. The 2 main entry doors have video doorbells for security and simple use.

**Animal Restriction Clause**
1. No Animals Permitted
Due to the property owners’ severe asthma and allergies, no animals of any kind are allowed on the premises at any time, including but not limited to service animals and emotional support animals. The presence of animals poses a direct threat to the health and safety of the owners that cannot be mitigated.

2. Compliance with ADA and NC Law
This policy is in compliance with exceptions outlined in the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and North Carolina law, which allow property owners to restrict animals, including service animals, if their presence poses a direct health or safety risk to others.

3. Consequences of Violation
Any guest or visitor who brings an animal onto the property will be required to immediately remove the animal or vacate the premises. The guest may also be subject to additional cleaning costs and the immediate termination of the rental agreement, without refund.
