MID LEVEL:
Be prepared for a sizable, restful space with walls of windows to see the outdoor beauty. The Great Room has a enormous living area with couches, chairs, and access to an outdoor sun deck with a pergola for shade as it faces west to view handsome summer sunsets. Unwind on the deck furnishings and plan to use the gas grille. The screened porch offers more space to savor the outdoors with a dining table. The indoor dining table near the kitchen seats 8 and kitchen island seats 4. The well-equipped kitchen is ready for your family to prepare meals together and share the delicious results! There are 2 King Master Suites on this floor, each with a private bath. The laundry area is located close by also.

TOP LEVEL:
From the Great Room, there is a short flight of stairs up to the Ship's Watch sitting room which also has nice western vistas. From there, another modest set of stairs leads up to a sizable King Master Suite with private deck which overlooks the sun deck and pool deck below and offers expansive vistas of the Currituck Sound. Its master bath has a jetted tub and separate shower.

GROUND LEVEL:
There are 2 bedrooms on this level: a Jr. Master Suite which has 2 Double Beds and a semi-private bath (shower/tub combo) which opens to the ground level hallway. Next, the Bunk Bedroom with Trundle shares a semi-private half bath with the Game Room. Everyone in the family will appreciate the huge Game Room that has plenty of entertainment choices including a Pool table, a game table, flat-screen TV plus a wet bar with a full-size refrigerator. One of the couches can convert into a sleep couch (twin) for the nighttime owl in the family.

Outdoors, huge Southern live oak trees surround the property to provide privacy, tranquility and peaceful. The soundfront pool deck has a private pool (12' x 29') which is open from mid-May to mid-October, lounge chairs to soak up the sun and an outdoor table. A new hot tub has been installed on the pool deck too! An outside shower is available to shower off before using the pool or hot tub. The 2-car garage is available to store your beach equipment.

EXTRAS:
As guests within The Currituck Club, a premier-gated community and resort, your family can use its various amenities including complimentary trolley service to the beach access and beach valet service (summer months only), a Clubhouse with on-site dining, a large community pool with kiddie pool at the main entrance, a Exercise Center, and courts for tennis, basketball, volleyball and pickleball. There are planned kids' activities offered during the summer and paths for walking and bicycle riding. Golfers in the family can make reservations to play the 18-hole course that is landscaped throughout the resort with sound and ocean vistas.
