The Space:
Sandy Toes and Salty Souls is oceanside in the Ocean Sands community of Corolla and is between an 8-10 min. walk to the nearest beach entrance. The sprawling live oaks offer privacy and shade throughout the day. The home is also steps from the Ocean Sands lake which is a great spot for fishing and breathtaking walks.

The top floor of the property features a bright and functional kitchen alongside a welcoming living room, ideal for calming or entertaining. This level also includes a comfortable Queen bedroom and a full hall bathroom providing convenience for the top floor. The mid floor offers plenty of space for guests, including a cavernous primary King bedroom with a private en suite bathroom. Two additional Queen bedrooms and bedroom with two floating Twin beds make this level ideal for families or bigger groups. A full hallway bathroom serves the additional bedrooms. On the ground level, you'll find a storage room with a washer and dryer and outside are two outdoor showers, ideal for rinsing off the sand before heading inside.
