Elevator access to all three floors. High speed internet and Wi-Fi throughout the home (500mbps!). Roku + Cable TV. Games/DVDs. Foosball table. Spectacular sunsets!

When it’s time to go to the beach, hop in the complimentary trolley (during peak season) that picks up just outside the home, and have it take you to Corolla Light’s private beach access and oceanfront complex (pool, tennis, basketball courts). In addition, the Corolla Light Sports Center is walking distance from the home and includes indoor tennis and exercise center. *Please note, the indoor pool and spa at the Sports Center will be closed until Spring 2024 for refurbishment.*

Bring your kayaks and paddle boards, and drop them in the water right off the back of the home. Or rent water sports equipment, including jet skis and pontoon boats, less than a 5 min walk away.
If fishing is your thing, Corolla Light has outfitted fishing ponds, or try your luck fishing in the bay.

Parking in the driveway fits 5 cars.

You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your group qualifies for a price reduction.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Inspect the rental one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your comments.
