Do you provide bicycles?
- We have 2 adult bicycles available in the outside closet.

Do beds come with sheets? If not, what sizes do we need to bring?
- Yes, sheets & towels will be supplied for your stay, ready for you to set up when you arrive. One thing that we do not provide are beach towels.

Are dish towels/paper towels/hand soap supplied?
- Yes, Yes, & Yes. The unit is included with a complimentary starter kit containing dish soap, dishwasher pods, a new paper towel roll, 2 kitchen trash bags, hand soaps, a new roll of toilet paper for each bathroom along with travel-size soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

I see that you do not charge a pet fee. Do we still need to let you know if we are bringing a pet?
- Yes, We have multiple pet related items that we like to put out for our furry friends including pet blankets for the couch & different sized food bowls so knowing ahead of time if you are coming with a pet, and what breed is very helpful.

- Do you offer a highchair, crib, or pack'n play?
We do not have a highchair or crib, but we do have a pack'n-play in the unit.

Are there beach chairs/umbrella?
- No beach chairs or umbrella but the is a beach wagon

- 1 regular coffee pot & 1 French Press

Is the pool heated?
- Yes

How long will the pool be opened for?
- The Beach Club at Whalehead pool is scheduled to open on April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2025, weather permitting. The pool hours are from 9:00am until dark.

Is there a washer/dryer
- Yes

Do you provide laundry detergent
- Yes. We provide 2 laundry pods

Do you provide Bath towels

Do you allow for extended stays?
- Yes we allow for stays up to 1 month. Any stay of 2 weeks or longer will receive a "mid-stay" clean and an additional cleaning fee.

Getting the best rental home value:

• The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.

• Some property managers offer rate reductions for veterans. It's always a good idea to check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your group before you book.

Trip insurance, which generally costs 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to confirm you've collected everything. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the rental one final time and scan for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the property to record its condition.
• Did you have a fantastic time? Many rental websites make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
