The third floor of this home is exclusively reserved for the owners, serving as their private living space and not accessible to guests.

SHARED SPACES INCLUDE: Pool, Hot Tub, Back Yard, 2nd Floor Deck Front side of home, any deck reached by outside access is Shared space. Driveway ~ 2 cars max, please be considerate and share driveway.
