The interior of the gorgeous home features high-end appliances, state-of-the-art electronics, posh furnishings, and all the desired features!

The backyard pool area is ideally landscaped and manicured, with plenty of room for sunbathing in the lounge chairs, soaking in the hot tub, and appreciating gatherings at the tiki bar. The bar features an outdoor TV, sound system, and granite countertop! There is even an outdoor Foosball Table! Savor Spring and Fall days afloat in the pool!

Top level: This level highlights the gorgeous great room, the excellent kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, the dining area, and the well-appointed King Master bedroom suite!

Middle level: Is where you will find three additional King bedrooms with individual bathrooms and a modest den/office area!

Bottom level: This is where all the fun will happen! Partake in a challenging pool game in the game room, or choose from 130 games on the "Arcade Legend!". You will also find a huge TV, a kitchenette with a wet bar and granite countertop, a dorm refrigerator, and a wine cooler! There are two more bedrooms and two full baths on this level - one with two sets of bunk beds and another with two twin beds! Doors open to the coastal getaway pool area!

Guests will appreciate the convenience of the elevator (especially on check-in day!).. This home is located conveniently near many stores, eateries, and more! Daily beach trips are effortless, as the beach access is ONLY 500 feet away! This home is Kid-Friendly!

In addition to this, you ALSO have access to the Olympic-sized community pool (including a separate infant pool) and tennis courts! Spend a lazy morning fishing in the seven-acre outfitted fishing lake! Feel what the Northern Outer Banks has to offer!

  • Book your Currituck rental in the Spring or Fall to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • In the Currituck area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and book your rental home.
  • Some property management companies offer rate reductions for veterans and active duty military. Ask your property manager if special offers are available for your group.

  • Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings at departure. Remember to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
