Poni's Place is a newly modernized, 5 bedroom home in the exclusive soundside community of Monteray Shores. This waterfront getaway includes a private dock and is surrounded by mature trees, offering privacy and seclusion without being far from everything Corolla has to offer. Nature and water enthusiasts will adore having painless access to the sound using the private boat dock, ideal for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding or just appreciating the view.

A reverse floor plan, open-concept layout and floor-to-ceiling windows in the main living area make the most of the impressive water and sunset vistas. Get some much-needed fresh air and take in the natural surroundings while calming outside on the soundfront deck with your morning coffee or a good book. Three of the five bedrooms are master suites, providing plenty of space and privacy for family and friends. After a long day of fun in the sun, come home and take a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Spend the evenings hanging out downstairs in the game room where you can play foosball or throw darts.

Guests at Poni's Place have access to the Monteray Shores clubhouse, which features a community pool, exercise center, tennis court and boat launch. The beach is just a short drive away, and the close by public accesses at Sailfish St. and Bonito St. provide complimentary parking. Poni's Place is conveniently located less than a mile away from a variety of shopping, dining, grocery stores and attractions, including Timbuck II Shopping Village.
