A roomy recreation room on the lower level includes a pool table, Foosball table, a full-sized refrigerator, flat screen TV, and plenty of seating, with direct access to the outside deck and pool area. The mid-level den offers a comfortable and peaceful place to relax, and includes a wet bar. For peaceful moments and fabulous vistas facing the ocean, the top level features an elevated reading loft.
