On the top-level, you'll find an open floor concept with a freshly modernized kitchen, completely equipped with stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an island bar that seats two people. You'll also find the dining area that seats six and a enormous family room with a flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for the entire family. The Master king bedroom with a private bath and walk-in shower is on this level as well.

The mid-level is where you'll find the entryway to access the home and the three remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. The queen master bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and access to the mid-level deck. The other queen bedroom and bedroom with two twin beds share the hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The ground level showcases the inground saltwater pool with ample decking for sun-bathers! You'll also find an outside shower and direct access to the oceanfront walkway.
