Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom, Queen Bedroom with TV/VCR, 2 Bedrooms each with 2 Singles and TV, full hall bath and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Roomy Great room with TV/VCR/DVD and gas fireplace, dining room seating 6, well-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, and deck with great vistas.

Extras: 4 TVs, 2 VCRs, DVD player, stereo with CD, wireless high-speed internet access, video/DVD/book libraries, outside shower, gas fireplace (available November 1-April 30), charcoal grille, public water, parking for 4 cars and linens and towels supplied. Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Getting the best rental value:

  • To find the most suitable rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Currituck attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Currituck vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Walk through the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
