Your family will adore this vacation home located just a few homes from the Coral Street Beach access for an simple walk to the beach. This is a great vacation home for smaller families in a peaceful location yet close to eateries, stores and entertainment!

Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool (heated for a fee) and hot tub, carport with sitting area, foot wash and outside shower. Back yard with gas grille and sitting area with a firepit.

Mid Level: Entry level. 3 Queen Bedrooms (1 with flat-screen TV), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a flat-screen TV and 2 full hall bathrooms (1 with laundry area including washer and dryer).

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 4, dinette seating 2, dining area seating 6 with deck access and a half bath. Outside offers a crows nest deck with ocean vistas.

Extras: Private Pool (30 x 14, heated for $500), Hot Tub, 3 TVs, DVD player, 2 kayaks, outside shower, gas grille, firepit, deck swing, deck gates, parking for 2 cars and linens and towels included. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

This property does not offer an iron or ironing board.

Find your perfect rental home:

  • Summertime is high season in Corolla. To find the best value, try shifting your trip dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and even October offer great weather, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.   • Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
