Once you arrive in Corolla’s newest community, Corolla Bay, you'll know your “Naut in Kansas” anymore! From the well-thought-out floor plan to the luxury appointments and its short walk to the beach; this handsome villa will be your home away from home year after year. This getaway has been freshly updated with all new living room furnishings with a pull-out sectional couch on the third floor as well as new floor and a pull-out couch on the ground floor. There is also a brand new hot tub, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and intelligent TVs for your enjoyment.

Ground Level: Enter into the rec room which provides a foosball table, 42” HDTV with DVD, and a bistro table and chairs. You'll also find a queen room with 26” flatscreen TV/DVD, a full bathroom, and access to the private courtyard with hot tub.

Mid Level: Here you will find a handsome king main bedroom with a 32” flatscreen TV/DVD and deck access. There is another bedroom with a DuoBunk and a 26” flatscreen TV/DVD that shares a full bath with a king bedroom with a 26” flatscreen TV/DVD. The laundry room is also located on this level.

Top Level: The top level of this home is dedicated to living space - you will find a charmingly decorated great room with an electric fireplace, a 46” HDTV with a Blu-Ray player, surround sound, a sleep couch, and deck access. There is also a well-appointed kitchen, dining area, and half bath rounding out this level.

Conveniences: Hot tub, six TVs, five DVDs, Blu-Ray player, surround sound, wireless Internet, and foosball. Beach Access: 570 yards.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Whalehead Beach, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach.
