Located in Whalehead Beach, this home is within walking distance to the beach access and is conveniently located near shopping and dining and tons of entertainment for the entire family! Savor a Corolla Wild Horse tour, Climb the Currituck Lighthouse, or tour the Whalehead Hunt Club!

This fantastic home offers a gas grille, pack-n-play, high chair, gas fireplace, basketball goal, WiFi internet, two outside showers, screened porch, deck and pool furnishings, 6 TVs, and much more!

Level 3: The top level features an open floorplan with a great room with a TV, a kitchen with kitchenware, and dining area, a breakfast bar, double dishwashers, a half bath, a king master with a spa tub, private deck access, and TV, and a screened porch.

Level 2: The Mid-level has 2 more king master bedrooms with TVs, a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, and a bedroom with a pyramid bunk bed, a full hall bath, a washer and dryer, and access to the hot Tub on the deck.

Level 1: The Ground Level is where you will find the game room with pool table/conversion ping pong table, TV, sleeper couch, refrigerator, access to the back yard, and a king bedroom with TV and a semi-private bathroom.

However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. Shoreline OBX and our homeowners are not responsible for any internet interruptions.

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Summer months are high season in Corolla. To book the most suitable vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The best rental homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation rental six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host if your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses.   • If there's a certain Currituck destination you long to visit, keep an eye out for properties that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before booking.
  • If your family is bringing pets, you will need a pet-friendly property. Ask for information on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property owners charge additional pet fees.

Considerations for your stay:

  • Add the host's information to your phone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Document any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately contact the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are helpful if a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, intercom or coffee maker. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief phone call prevents lots of difficulties.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like obnoxious visitors disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • When it's time to leave, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Property managers rely on excellent reviews to compel future reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something went wrong, other families will be thankful you shared your review and help them have the best future vacation. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the host had any control over the issue, and if so, whether they responded quickly to fix it.
