Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a entirely gated private pool with hot tub, poolside tiki bar, gas grille, picnic table and outside shower. Carport with foot wash and a grilling area with park-style charcoal grille and a basketball hoop in the driveway. Inside you will find a Den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, sink and microwave with pool deck access. Off the Den is a Room with a Single Bed (no closet), Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and a desk and a full hallway bath.

Mid Level: Open Den/Sitting Area with Queen Sleep Couch and deck access. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, private deck and private bathroom. King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, deck access and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV, desk, private deck and private bathroom., laundry room with utility sink, washer and dryer. Half bath between levels.

Linens and towels supplied at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.
