Our home is roughly 6 miles up the 4x4 beach at the wide North Swan Beach - Pool, elevator and hot tub.

There is also a queen sleeper in the game room. There will be no fighting over bathrooms each bedroom has its own bathroom! There is a huge open kitchen with fresh finishes.

Conveniences include a enormous(29x12) private pool, hot tub, game room, ice-maker, second full refrigerator, coffee and wine bar, reverse osmosis system with the kitchen sink, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.

You will find comfort and fresh living in this attractively appointed new home. Level three offers sizable open concept living with exceptional ocean and beach vistas. A 75 " 4K UltraTV. An elevator for bringing up groceries to the roomy kitchen with sizable island, double ovens and a coffee/wine bar. A top floor ocean view Master King bedroom with a tray ceiling, sliding glass door access to the deck, and bathroom with huge walk in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and private toilet room.

Five large master bedrooms all with private baths: 3 King master bedrooms with ocean vistas and direct deck access, 1 Queen master and 1 master twin/twin, twin/full bunk beds.
