Our home is roughly 6 miles up the 4x4 beach at the wide North Swan Beach - Pool, elevator and hot tub.

We offer an fresh home with 6 bedrooms (4 Master King Ocean view bedrooms, 1 Master Queen Bedroom, and 1 Master Bunk Bedroom with twin/twin and twin/full bunk beds. There is also a queen sleeper in the game room. There will be no fighting over bathrooms each bedroom has its own bathroom! There is a huge open kitchen with modren finishes.

Conveniences include a sizable(29x12) private pool, hot tub, game room, ice-maker, second full refrigerator, coffee and wine bar, reverse osmosis system with the kitchen sink, washer/dryer and Wi-Fi.

You will find comfort and fresh living in this elegantly appointed new home. Level three offers huge open concept living with fantastic ocean and beach vistas. A 75 " 4K UltraTV. An elevator for bringing up groceries to the roomy kitchen with huge island, double ovens and a coffee/wine bar. The dining table is upsized with seating for the entire family with windows that allow you to watch the ocean. A striking deck with broad ocean and beach vistas. A top floor ocean view Master King bedroom with a tray ceiling, sliding glass door access to the deck, and bathroom with enormous walk in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and private toilet room.

Five large master bedrooms all with private baths: 3 King master bedrooms with ocean vistas and direct deck access, 1 Queen master and 1 master twin/twin, twin/full bunk beds. The ocean vistas are spectacular from this level under the shade of a deck.
