A fabulous home with eight bedrooms, this well-appointed home has eight full baths, three half baths, a private pool (which can be heated for an added $400), a New hot tub for 2023, an elevator, and all the amenities you could hope to find in a luxury oceanfront accommodation. The lower level offers a den with leather furnishings and electronics. The mid-level features three king masters, one with a whirlpool and a Roman-style walk-in shower. There is also a kids's loft with chairs and electronics. The kitchen has stainless appliances with two dishwashers, two ovens, and a six-burner gas cooktop. However, due to the nature of our area, we cannot guarantee internet will always be functioning, as the Outer Banks can experience outages from time to time. We strongly advise that guests bring their own personal hotspots or other cell service devices to provide internet access, especially if the internet is needed for work or school. When to go & When to book:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the best value, consider shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
• In the Currituck area, The sooner your group can book a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental homes are reserved early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
• After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review.
