Welcome to Claddagh Condo!
This comfortable 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is appealingly located in Sealoft Village of Ocean Sands. A super short walk to either the beach, pool will make everybody in the family happy :) Golf, dining, and shopping are all a short drive away!
The open-concept living area features plenty of space to relax, with multiple outdoor decks and porches to savor the sun or shade. The completely-supplied kitchen flows into the family room, with an island for casual meals and painless access to a sundeck for outdoor seating. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, carport with covered tandem parking, and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.

Money saving strategies:
- Summer months are the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Fall or Spring months. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer.
- Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your family qualifies for a special rate.
