The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: King's Sandcastle! Location is the key word for this handsome Buck Island property that offers COMPLIMENTARY POOL HEAT for your stay! The pool is open from April through October. Perfectly placed between the beach & downtown Corolla activities, it's only a 3 min walk to beach and a 5 min walk to stores & eateries. This community and home is ideal for families, where you can walk along the canal and ponds and see tons of turtles, which your little ones will appreciate! Or if you choose to relax at the home for a nighttime in, inside the home are tasteful furnishings and decor that gorgeously set the ambience for your beach week, as well as a brand new pool and hot tub for 2024.

Another master king suite, a queen suite with a full bath, a bunk room with 4 twin beds that shares a jack and jill bathroom with another room with 2 twin beds provide plenty of options for accommodating every member of your group.
