The Space:
BookSmart Properties presents: King's Sandcastle! Location is the key word for this handsome Buck Island property. Perfectly placed between the beach & downtown Corolla activities, it's only a 3 min walk to beach and a 5 min walk to stores & eateries. Golf carts are allowed in the Buck Island community, making those locations even closer if you don't want to walk. This community and home is ideal for families, where you can walk along the canal and ponds and see tons of turtles, which your little ones will appreciate! Or if you choose to relax at the home for a nighttime in, inside the home are tasteful furnishings and decor that gorgeously set the ambience for your beach week, as well as a brand new pool and hot tub for 2024.

There is rather a list of amenities available to you when you choose our home in Buck Island. Community perks include a cabana-style bath House at a private beach access with lighted walkways, a fantastic community pool, lush landscaping, outdoor tennis, a childrens' playground, recreation courts, and broad wide beach, golf carts allowed in the community.

Besides the community amenities, the home itself is impressive. The top level offers a striking open floorplan, with plenty of windows flooding the space with Carolina sunshine. In the kitchen you will find modern appliances & all the supplies needed for the chef of your group to prepare meals. There's plenty of seating at the dining table, or take it outdoors and dine al fresco on the deck. The bar seating at the counter is ideal for conversation & keeping the chef company, or grabbing a fast snack before heading out the door to the beach. Cozy couches in the living room are great for watching movies in the evening, and there's a desk set up in the ships watch for those who need a spot for productivity. Rounding out this level is a huge master king suite, with a full ensuite bath & jetted tub.

4 more bedrooms are down the stairs, each with direct access to a bathroom. Another master king suite, a queen suite with a full bath, a bunk room with 4 bedsthat shares a jack and jill bathroom with a twin room provide plenty of options for accommodating every member of your group. On the mid level deck is additional seats as well as a porch swing.

Outside, there is a brand new pool and hot tub installed for 2024 (photos showing progress, finished photos soon!) You can relax in the spa or take a dip in the shining new pool, or suntan on the decks with a snack.

Finishing up the home's accommodations is a additional den on the ground floor with a couch and TV, as well as a mini kitchenette. Laundry is available as well for convenience in keeping your clothes sand complimentary during your stay.

**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 25. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
