☆ Family-Friendly: As parents of young kids, we understand the challenges of traveling with little ones. That's why we've made our home as family-friendly as possible. We provide a Pack 'n Play with crib sheets, and there’s ample space in any bedroom for set up, if you prefer us to set the Pack n’ Play for you please let us know when booking. We’ve also supplied kid-friendly cups, bowls, plates, and silverware, along with books, games, and puzzles for fun family time together!

☆ Pet-Friendly Accommodations: We welcome family pets for a fee of $200 per pet, per stay. Please note that a pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35-$50 will be charged. Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility, and pets should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may lead to neighbor complaints.
*Additional pet costs (plus tax) will be processed through our guest portal after your reservation is confirmed. Kindly let us know if you’ll be traveling with a pet. Thank you for your cooperation!

☆ Stand Up Paddle Board Rental: This is available to guests for an additional fee of $200 (Plus Tax) per stay. Once paid we will send you an access code and instructional video showing you how to unlock and return the SUP.

☆ Pool heater: The pool requires a lot of electricity heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75 (Plus Tax). This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it, please note we need at least 4 days to heat the pool and must be booked and paid for, for the duration of your stay. Our pool is closed and covered seasonally from November to April.

☆ Pests: Corolla is home to midges, tiny bugs that are common in the area during certain seasons. While they are harmless and don’t bite, we recommend keeping doors closed as much as possible to minimize their presence indoors. We also treat the area regularly to manage their numbers, but be aware they can still affect outdoor spaces. Bug spray but it is a great idea for appreciating the deck and pool areas. Snakes are also common in Corolla at times from the Marsh. If you notice one on property, please contact us and we'll have animal control come remove them.

House Rules
• Primary renter must be 21+, sign a rental agreement, and provide valid photo ID. The registered guest must remain on-site for the entire stay. Subleasing is prohibited.
• No events or events. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are stringently prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund.
