Spend your summer vacation at Cabana Heaven and appreciate painless beach access, just a short walk on the Sailfish beach path to the lifeguarded beach. All 7 bedrooms offer a HD TVs, ample closet space and coastal decor that gives each room their own distinctive theme to make you feel at home during your stay at Cabana Heaven!

Exterior Ground Level: Boasts a enormous pool (heated for a fee), hot tub and three-tiered poolside cabana. The lower level features a Tiki bar, outside loo and outside shower all just steps from the pool. The pool area features plenty of colorful all-weather furnishings and umbrellas. Storage in the Tiki Bar cabana contains outdoor pool and play equipment. There is an all-weather outdoor pool table on the cabana's middle level. A cavernous sun deck on the top level features plenty of comfortable chairs and rockers, ideal for appreciating the handsome 360-degree view of sunrises, sunsets and stars. Behind the home, the fenced backyard offers a sandy court for volleyball, badminton and corn hole (all game equipment supplied). Both gas and Weber charcoal grilles are available.

Ground Level: Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom Suite with private bathroom and a Queen Master Bedroom Suite with private bathroom. Extensive rec room with flat-screen HDTV/DVD, poker game table, foosball, shuffleboard and a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave. Laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open to the pool, volleyball/badminton court and BBQ area.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom Suite, Queen Master Bedroom Suite with twin-size Daybed, Bedroom with 2 Double Beds and 1 Single Bed and a Bedroom with 2 Single Beds. All bedrooms on this level offer private bathrooms and access to a deck or balcony.

Top Level: The great room is a sizable open area with ample comfortable furnishings, a 55" HDTV with Roku box for live-streaming Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as other streaming services, gas fireplace, half bathroom and cabinets filled with games and puzzles. It features an alcove with a desk and game table. The dining area offers a huge farm-style table that seats 12. There is a game table on the same level seating 4. The roomy kitchen offers plenty of counter space, two dishwashers, cabinets filled with all the dishes, glasses, cutlery and cookware needed for huge family meals and a breakfast bar seating 6. King Master Bedroom Suite with large, freshly modernized private bathroom.

Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are included. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Sticking to a rental home budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Corolla. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy gorgeous weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer.
• In the Currituck area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked very early. • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
