Come spend your vacation located in pretty Pine Island where you are close to the beach and just a short distance away from a grocery store, the Currituck Club golf course and shopping and dining at TimBuck II. This well-cared for home is charmingly located and offers multiple deck areas on three levels for you to savor the ocean vistas and the beauty of Pine Island. You may also appreciate the amenities of the North Pine Island recreation area just a short walk away that offers a sizable community pool, tennis, basketball court and a playground.

Ground Level: Entry level. Gated pool area with hot tub, private pool, picnic table and gas grille. Shared walkway/path to the beach, basketball hoop, volleyball court, outdoor shower (hot/cold water), parking for 6 cars and carport convenient for loading and unloading. Inside you'll find a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV/DVD, full hallway bathroom. Laundry area with washer and dryer.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access (the deck accessed from this bedroom offers a gate and can be blocked off for kids or family pets), Queen Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV/DVD and deck access and a Master Bedroom with a Double Bed plus TV. There is also a Den with deck access, mini-refrigerator and sink, game/card table and a flat-screen TV/DVD. The den is equipped with a, Queen Sleep Couch. There is a half-bath between the mid and top levels.

Top Level: King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and deck access. The master bathroom offers a whirlpool tub and stand-alone shower. Great room with flat-screen TV/DVD, stereo system and gas fireplace. Dining area seats 10-12 and the breakfast bar has additional seating for 3. Entirely equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a drink refrigerator. Screened porch with picnic table.

Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Special Event Details: This home offers Special Event accommodations for your Outer Banks Wedding or special event accepting up to 75 guests to attend your event. This home may only be over-occupied during the event date and the event times listed on the Special Events Request Form and Lease Addendum required to be signed and returned with your Lease Agreement. Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional costs that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is returnable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $1000, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

How to book the best Corolla vacation home experience:

When to book a Currituck rental & When to go:

  • Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Corolla. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we strongly suggest booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular Currituck attractions.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Find a copy of your local Currituck visitors guide upon arrival. If your rental home doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and fuel stations. In addition to great local information, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for local tours and attractions.

  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all necessary amenities are available before booking

More tips for your visit:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental home.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a garage door opener, television set or washer/dryer. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent many concerns.
  • Ensure you protect the owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would back home.
  • During arrival, note any issues with the rental property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your home life. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great local food and scenic spots you would have not otherwise known!
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Just before checking out, take a final walk-through to make sure you didn't forget anything. Re-check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave feedback! Hosts rely on great feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
