NEW! Welcome to Corolla! "Beach Dune" is a newly constructed three bedroom/two level/garage condo in a prime Corolla location. This condo is located right next to the beach (only 500 feet of flat sidewalk to a beach access). Savor the communal pool (open seasonally) and your own private hot tub located on the back patio! No smoking and no events. Modest hypoallergenic dogs only!
The space:
NEW CONDO! "Beach Dune" is located in the freshly constructed Beach Club at Whalehead. It is a three bedroom, two and a half bath condo located conveniently next to the Corolla Light Shopping Center and across the street from Whalehead Park. This condo features 500 foot distance from a beach access, a communal pool (open seasonally), garage, and your own private hot tub. There are three bedrooms located on the top floor, each equipped with a king size bed and TV, and ample storage. This is a ideal place for a family vacation or a hideaway with a few friends! Sleeps 6 comfortably (3 kings, one pull out). Please note that this property is located in an active construction site.
