This new construction duplex style condo features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, cavernous living areas and all the luxury amenities needed to kick back and savor Living a Dream while being conveniently located just steps from the beach and a short walk to The historic Whalehead Club, Corolla Light Town Center, eateries and so much more to discover.

Come appreciate a memorable vacation with your family/friends in the heart of Corolla. Located within the new Beach Club at Whalehead Community, “Living a Dream” offers luxury amenities for your enjoyment. Whether you wish to kick back and relax in the private hot tub, take a dip in the community heated pool, sit around a fire pit or take a short walk to the Town Center to get an ice cream cone, there is something to appeal to everybody ensuring your experience is one you will never forget.

When you arrive, you can park your car in the driveway and/or garage and step into the main level of the home which was designed for gathering with an open concept floor plan. The kitchen is equipped and well supplied with additional dinnerware, glassware, and silverware, plus everything needed for your cooking, baking and storage needs.

Kick back, relax, and watch TV in the living area. The sectional couch has a queen size sleeper for a place to lounge or to accommodate additional sleeping needs.

There is a half bathroom plus 2 closets on the ground floor as well.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and modern amenities, everybody will be pleased with. The primary master king bedroom includes an ensuite with access to a private outdoor balcony featuring ideal vistas of the community. The second and third bedrooms offer queen beds with private full bathrooms.

The second floor also includes a second living area where you can relax, work or sleep, it's equipped with a TV, and queen-size sleeper couch. Also on the second level is the laundry closet that includes a front loading washer and dryer for your convenience.

This condo is located in Corolla Light, a neighborhood in Corolla. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Outer Banks Beaches and Corolla Beach. Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education and Corolla Adventure Golf and Bumper Cars are also worth visiting.
