After everybody has had their fill of sun, relax in the ground-floor rec room equipped with a pool table, full-size refrigerator and wet bar, and LCD TV. The upper floor features an enormous Great Room furnished for huge family gatherings plus an broad, wraparound deck with outdoor seating.
