Welcome to "The Green Dolphin", your dream vacation rental! New to our program for 2024. This striking 8-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom home is a opulent getaway located in a private gated community, just moments away from the pristine sandy shores of the beach. With ample space to accommodate up to 21 guests, this roomy getaway is ideal for huge family get-togethers. The home has many trendy amenities such as an Elevator, complimentary solar heated pool, huge private hot tub, beach cabana service Memorial Day to Labor Day (2 umbrellas and 6 chairs) and a gas grille.

The heart of the home is the broad gourmet kitchen, complete with top-of-the-line appliances where there are 2 dishwashers, ovens, fridges pantries and microwaves! The granite countertops and an island provides plenty of space for culinary enthusiasts to prepare delicious meals. Whether you're hosting a formal dinner or a casual brunch, the dining areas can comfortably seat 21, creating the ideal ambiance for shared meals and lasting memories.

The spacious living areas are thoughtfully designed to provide relaxation and entertainment. For those seeking outdoor enjoyment, the private pool and hot tub beckon you to indulge in leisurely afternoons under the sun or relaxing evenings under the stars. As the day draws to a close, getaway to one of the handsomely appointed bedrooms with its en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. Sink into the comfortable beds, where you'll be lulled to sleep by the gentle sea breeze. In addition to its impressive amenities, this rental home is charmingly located near the beach, ensuring that you can conveniently appreciate the sun, surf, and sand. You'll also find a plethora of close by attractions, such as shopping centers, eateries, and recreational activities to suit every interest.

Top Floor: Expansive gourmet kitchen with 2 of everything! 2 dinging areas with seating for 20, Center Island with seating for 4. Great room with sizable TV/blue ray player, bluetooth sound bar, gas fireplace, desk / workspace. Powder room, Reading Loft, King en-suite bedroom with TV and upsized shower, King en-suite bedroom with dual vanity and hottub tub, TV and private deck.

Middle Floor: King ensuite bedroom with TV and private deck, Queen ensuite bedroom with TV and access to deck with huge hot tub, Ensuite bedroom with 3 bunk beds, Mid Den w/ large TV and with full bath and Queen bedroom with TV and deck access. Laundry room.

Ground Floor: Full size refrigerator, Den with large TV, Queen murphy bed and ensuite bathroom and access to , Ensuite bedroom with queen and twin bed and TV.

Outside: Gas grille, outside shower, hot tub, large pool with solar heater
