Corolla Premier is located in the Mirage neighborhood directly across from the resort's soundside Sports Center, less than 400 feet away. Getting to the beach is fast and simple - less than a 4-min. walk using the path next to the home that leads to the Sturgeon Street public access.

Corolla Premier's reverse floorplan features three separate levels, each with its own outdoor space. The lot backs up to mature vegetation for privacy and seclusion while calming on the sun deck or taking a soak in the hot tub. Inside, vaulted ceilings, wood floors and generous natural light in the great room make the space feel bright and airy. The chef in the family will appreciate the open-concept layout, where they can be part of the action while preparing meals in the kitchen. All four bedrooms are comfortably furnished for a restful nighttime's sleep, and three include ensuite baths.
