  • Just prior to departing, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition.
  • Leave feedback! Property owners rely on great reviews to stimulate new bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
