Vistas of the ocean are adored from the top level decks, screened in porch and living areas. Plenty of space for the family to spread out, with all four bedrooms located on the mid-level. Two bedrooms have direct access to the covered mid-level decks.

Appreciate games and entertainment in the expanded living areas, or refresh yourself in the saltwater pool (14x32) and hot tub. And catch the sunrise over the Atlantic with an early walk on the beach; your family will savor the simple access (20 yards) to the beach via the boardwalk, immediately across the street.
