The great room offers plenty of comfortable seating plus an open-concept layout for quality time spent with adored ones. Back inside, vaulted ceilings, wood floors and coastal-inspired decor create a bright and casual space with ample natural light. The chef in the family will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen where they can still mingle while cooking. A center island provides plenty of prep space and bar seating, and a dining table for ten means everybody can sit down and savor meals together.

Along with the main living area, the top level consists of the first king bedroom with deck access and a bunk bedroom that the kids will adore. Three more bedrooms are located on the mid-level, including the primary king room with ensuite bath and access to a private deck that's the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee. A third king bedroom, twin bedroom and full hall bath will comfortably accommodate family and friends. Downstairs, you'll find a roomy den that can serve as an additional hangout area. It features a second full-size refrigerator where you can store additional groceries or the catch of the day. This marvelous additional space leads out to the pool, which includes a covered area with outdoor lounge seating. The pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for off-season getaways.
