Savor Corolla Time in this east-end Oceanside villa located an simple walk to the beach, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, tennis courts, oceanfront community pools, playground, Corolla Light Stores and the Corolla Lighthouse. The seasonal trolley will give you a ride to the to the indoor sports complex and sound-side pools. Cozy and elegantly decorated, the kitchen is well equipped for your culinary enjoyment, and an office desk and chair are located in a first-floor bedroom for a remote office space. All beds and box springs are encased to prevent bed bugs, and an additional refrigerator is located in the garage along with corn hole and kids's beach toys. A new living space with loveseats, chairs, and tables has been created on the patio below the deck to avoid the summer heat while appreciating the breezes. If it's an inside day, a bookcase along with a bin in one of the first floor bedrooms has books, puzzles, and games.

Ground Level: Entry level. Bedroom with a Queen, Single, flat-screen TV, desk and chair, full hall bathroom and a Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets, flat-screen TV and patio access with loveseats, chairs and tables seating 9. Garage with additional refrigerator, beach cart, corn hole boards, kids's sand toys and beach chairs. Along with a bookcase of books, puzzles and games. (additional games are located in a bin in the first floor bedroom closet).

Mid Level: Great room with flat-screen TV, dining room seating 9 with deck access, kitchen with counter seating for 3, half bath and the laundry area with washer and dryer. Queen Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV, deck access and private bathroom with walk in shower.

Top Level: Giant King Master Bedroom with flat- screen TV and private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower.

Extras: 5 intelligent TVs, wireless high speed internet, books/games/puzzles, beach cart, Keurig & regular coffee makers, 2 fridges, corn hole boards, charcoal patio grille, sizable sun deck with table and seating, outside shower, lower patio with seating, linens and towels supplied and Corolla Light Community Conveniences for 11 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels included at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep couches, top bunk beds and trundle beds in which case the sheets are supplied. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the home sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

The fireplace is not available for guest use.
