Sunday to Sunday rental! Swimming, hiking, crabbing, or just calming, this home has all these activities and more. Sit on the front porch or relax in the hot tub and watch the pine trees sway. Go for a bicycle ride along the nature trail on the sound. This home is located Soundside in Corolla Light, winner of the North Carolina Resort Community of the year award for seven consecutive years. This is the only resort on the Outer Banks that offers activities for the whole family and one of the few beaches that provide lifeguards.

Conveniences in the resort include 3 oceanfront pools complete with a clubhouse that offers dining; play areas (basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, arcade, and kids playground area); broad daily organized activities for kids; snack hut, 1 soundside pool, multiple pickleball courts and an Indoor Sports Complex complete that contains indoor clay tennis courts, an olympic size swimming pool with lap lanes to train, racquetball, two full weight rooms, cardio room, walleyball court, and a outfitted fishing pond. There is also a trolley that provides complimentary transportation throughout the resort during in season weeks (Memorial Day to Labor Day). All these amenities are supplied with rental of the home by wearing wristbands included to a max. of 10 guests.

This designer-owned home features a brand new kitchen and is just steps away from the Indoor Sports Complex, making it a great year-round rental. Sound access is a two min. walk to the pier (great for crabbing), fishing pond and nature trails. Ocean access is roughly a five min. walk or two min. drive to the beach access. Ride your bicycle to the Whalehead Club and the Corolla Lighthouse (both open for public tours) or anywhere on the island’s bicycle paths.

There are three top rated golf courses located on the island. This is a great home for golfing couples any season. Don’t miss the wild horses located within 3 miles on the beach accessible by 4 wheel drive.
